As Co-CEOs of APX Platform with a wealth of aesthetic medicine sales, operations, and financial expertise, we have presented at hundreds of industry conferences over the past 15+ years. While they are all very valuable and provide a wealth of information, we’ve found in our experience as speakers the presentations (due to time constraints) are mostly theoretical in nature and only allow for high level information and ideas to be covered. Most attendees take notes from the presentations or photos of slides; leave all fired up; but go back to their practices and have no idea how to execute the information they learned.
In addition, having worked with hundreds of clients both 1 on 1 with Terri Ross Consulting, and from working with hundreds of APX clients, we have identified the Top 9 challenges in the industry and have developed the tools and training within APX to solve them. However, we frequently get requests from clients wanting and needing more. They have expressed the desire for in person training; greater in-depth coaching; in-person learning opportunities to enhance our online learning; and the opportunity for personal, one-on-one connection and interaction; as well as the ability to role play and be fully focused in an onsite, learning environment.
We were determined to provide a solution and hands-on conference focusing on execution strategies. As George Bernard Shaw once said, “Don't wait for the right opportunity: Create it!”
We partnered with world-renowned plastic surgeon, and key opinion leader Dr. Renato Saltz, and together incubated “The 4S Summit by Aesthetic Success.”
Our mission is to empower our quarterly summit attendees with hands-on, get-it-done, Strategy, Structure, Systems, and Skills to master the business of aesthetics. We are confident our participants go back to their practices the next day and have the exact blueprint to execute on what they have learned immediately!

He has maintained a special interest in facial aesthetic surgery, body contouring, aesthetic breast surgery, breast reconstruction, and all aspects of cosmetic medicine, which has led to his founding of The American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting (ABAM) and The Image Reborn Foundation of Utah, a 24-year-old non-profit organization dedicated to providing 3-day, no-cost retreats for breast cancer survivors in Park City, Utah.
